Traffic Noise is Horrible
October 18, 2022Take pictures before and after move in/move out Don’t plan on getting your security deposit returned. Traffic is so loud you cannot have your door open. Laundry room is always filthy, large dogs are accepted. and allowed in pool area. Parking lot is dark and no access for those needing assistance. Patio storage is allowed. Sidewalks are constantly flooded from over watering.Review from Apartments.com
Lake View Park Apartments
August 22, 2015Spa jacuzzi doesn't work well. Price is expensive for a tiny place. Mold is a problem. Bathrooms only have one switch to turn on both light and ventilation so you're stuck with a noisy bathroom. Kitchen is super tiny and can barely turn around. Found roaches in cabinet. Location, location, location!
August 10, 2015This building has a perfect location in Santee, within walking distance of the award winning Santee lakes and withing a short driving distance (3-4) miles of major shopping centers and entertainment. The one thing I love about this apartment complex the most is the peace and quiet that it has to offer. You could easily sleep in in the morning without being disturbed. The neighbors are very friendly and trustworthy but not nosy or to the point where they wont leave you alone or anything. The ...superintendent is also incredibly helpful and attentive. My girlfriend and I are both full-time students with full-time jobs and really dont have a lot of free time and this is the perfect place to come home to every night and relax.
