January 3, 2023You’ll regret renting here. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had renting, and I moved out months ago. The office staff will lie to you before you even get Keys in your hands or sign a lease, there’s never any follow up or accountability, and forget having any issues resolved in a timely manner. AWFUL
October 27, 2022Called to get on list and got a 1 bed 1 bath and was told we can’t see it till Tuesday. We go on Tuesday and says it’s still not ready so we had to wait till MOVE IN DAY to see it and it was awful. Gnats everywhere and the lady told us, “get some raid and it will help the problem” island was lose. HOLE in bathroom floor and was told Monday a guy would come see it when inspection was Saturday. I know someone who lives there and says there are ants everywhere and glad we didn’t move there.Review from Apartments.com
Great Place to Live!
July 20, 2022I have looked at several apartments in the Sellersburg/Jeffersonville/New Albany area. This apartment complex is hands down the best one that I have seen...and I have seen MANY. Not only are the apartments lovely inside, the management is great as well! In my opinion, the staff is just as important as the physical apartment. Teresa, the manager, is the lady I met with and she was so friendly and professional and I could just tell that she truly cares about the residents. June 19, 2018I lived at Lakeview Apts for less than a year due to the lack of professionalism and staff not fixing issues in the complex. I was renting a unit on the lower level and had 2 different neighbors above me, one with 2 large dogs that you could hear not only bark, but constantly run laps. The second was a younger couple who partied every other night with loud music and numerous guests over. I called to complain several times about both parties and was constantly told there was nothing they could do ...and that I needed to call the police every time... They had painters come to paint our front doors, and as I left for work they were finishing up my door. I worked a normal 8 hour shift and when I got home at 10:30pm, keys were left in my deadbolt.. the entire time. I held onto the keys to see if management would ask about them, and for 2 weeks no one said anything. I finally had to call them and let them know, and all they said was "Oh, won't happen again, can you just drop them off here, thanks." The rent is entirely too much for a 1 bedroom, considering the carpets were still stained when I moved in and it looked like a 3 year old painted the walls as well as the carpets...I vacated a month early due to marijuana smell that staff ignored to take care of, and they decided to tell me I owed over $2,000 worth in charges and couldn't even give me a break down of what all the charges were for... Run away while you can
June 6, 2018Worst apartment I have ever seen. Horrible staff, with exception of one younger girl. horrible maintenance. Everything on the apartment is literally falling apart. You have hot water for maybe 30 minutes. Anytime you need anything fixed you might as well go to the home-improvement store and fix it yourself. I had to paint all of my walls due to the cigarette smoke color and odor. I wanted to move out after month 4. Run, just run.Review from Apartments.com
