I must’ve toured what feels like a million apartment before choosing Lakeview Terrace. I’m so glad I did. From the lush landscape to office staff, I am beyond amazed. My new apartment is literally NEW. I have new stainless steel appliances, wood floors, private entrance, but layout is what did it for me. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living here for a little over six months now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. From day one, the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. Kathy, the leasing consultant, is incredible – she’s approachable, professional, and always willing to help with any issues or questions. She really makes the whole experience seamless and stress-free.

condition. I also want to give a special shout-out to Scott, Chris, and Gil - they’re all amazing! Whether it’s handling maintenance requests or just being friendly faces around the complex, they really make a difference in making this place feel like home.
What I really appreciate is how convenient the location is. We can get all our errands done without needing to drive anywhere or just a short drive. That level of ease is hard to find and has made such a positive impact on our daily routine.
Overall, the community here feels safe and close-knit, super friendly neighbors, and I love that there’s a perfect balance of quiet and activity. This has definitely become a place I’m proud to call home.

this apartment is in the middle of fairless hills and is located within minutes of levittown which is a large community of homes and it is around the corner from the oxford valley mall and sesame place amusement park. many jobs can be found in the area, with the mall within miles and the amusement park is great for the kids !

This is a decent apartment. Their apartments are a bit on the small side but ideal for a first time renter. New management seems to be doing a better job than the previous owners.
