I am coming up on one year at my place and I love it. I am right at the front the maintenance lives under me. My apartment was fully upgraded. I have not seen any pests in my home it’s quiet the office is always willing to help you if can’t pay right away. I hope to stay here for many more years to come.

Lived here for a year now ,everything is pretty good for price. You may or may not get the granite countertops and updated cabinets depending on the unit,water pressure is good ,neighbors are somewhat quiet,office is good with keeping you updated. Only downsides are Visitor parking is free until 5 visits then its $3.50 eveytime, Not very well insulated, and windows creak since these are older built apartments.

I've only been here about a week, but I've received four email requests to review the apartments. So, here it goes... 1. The property is okay so far. Common spaces seem well maintained--no complaints there. 2. There are roaches everywhere, which I noted on my inventory sheet when I moved in. We'll see how quickly that's addressed. 3. My neighbor(s) smoke in and/or around their apartment(s), so sometimes my bathrooms and dining area smell like cigarettes. Not thrilled about that. 4. Came home to ...

find that maintenance had entered the apartment to work on some of the items listed in the inventory sheet. I live alone, so of course I was freaked out to arrive and find obvious signs of entry with no warning. An email beforehand would be great next time. Again, I've only been here a week. I am sorry to here that you are not happy. Have you contacted the office to go over the issues you have? Pest control is here every Monday. We can put you on the list. You just have to let us know. If you filled out the inventory form, that is for us to write a work order for what is wrong with your unit. If there is any work orders for your apartment then we have authorization to enter your unit. If you do not want anyone there unless you are home, please state so when putting in work orders. The only other reason we would ever enter without a work order, is if there is a leak and we need to fix it. Please call the office so we can correct any other issues you have come across.
