Great housing
July 16, 2020I’ve stayed in three different locations in Wichita Falls and Lakeview Townhomes is so far the best one. Quite place, secluded location that is near everything in town, and friendly neighbors. Wasp are a problem, but anywhere you go will have wasp. I keep spray and that solves that problem. Maintenance came as soon as we had a problem, and Laura in the front office is always there to answer any questions you have.Review from Apartments.com

April 23, 2020The management is very rude. This one particular person treats you like you’re top 10 most wanted criminal if you’re late on your rent by even a day, even if its your first time being late because life happens... They don’t understand that. If they want information from you, you better get them what they want asap or they will give you even more attitude like they are the only one’s busy. I don’t really recommend this place unless you have no other choice.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible customer service
January 12, 2016Fail to maintain property beyond its looks. Refuse to pay for damages to vehicles from their properties falling on them. They are rude once they get you moved in and don't care for your safety at all.Review from Apartments.com
