Not luxury, not well ran
February 11, 2025The complex is poorly ran and they charge a premium price. Can't be bothered to reach out and fix an issue, just sends nasty-grams. The constantly overflowing garbage container is a good representation of what you will get here. Stay away.Review from Apartments.com
Stoping towing our cars!
May 15, 2024High cost rent does not translate into amenities at this complex. Don't expect to have visitors or guests over due to the fact there's only three (3) visitor spots per apartment pod and they will tow your car quickly. Maintenance requests are filled very slowly, outside lighting constantly flashing hasn't been changed in months. The water to the whole apartment complex is constantly shut off for hours and sometimes even a days long. Do yourself a favor and do your due diligence and read reviews ...before you rent at this establishment in my humble opinion the money is not worth the product they provide! Marvelous maintenance
March 14, 2024Well the whole maintenance team is great! Sergio installed a new light fixture which is a brighter LED large round lamp than the old track lighting. This is really great and he did it quick and efficiently. Very friendly as well as the staff. As an artist it's better lighting.Review from Apartments.com
Awful Living Experience
June 2, 2023This place has been the. worst. living experience imaginable. Find anywhere else to live. Management has changed like 3 times and we’ve been here for 5 months. Our toliet was leaking upon move in and that took over a month to resolve. Our dishwasher is not draining and leaking now and it’s been a week already since we submitted a request. This is the kind of apartment that makes you want to buy a house because you’re tired of nothing being taken care of and the constant landlord treatment of ...matters. Even just driving around at night there are tons of flickering lights that have gone out. I’ve read reviews of this dating back to two years ago. Stay Away - Poorly Maintained
November 22, 2021This management company is beyond terrible. I've put in several work orders that have never been completed. Online work orders are closed without the work being done. They do not answer the phone and corporate calls only go to a voicemail. I've never received a call back. They don't answer emails either. Don't believe the responses from management here. It's just a bot service responding. They never actually respond. Water is shut off to the whole complex at least monthly because there are ...plumbing issues and constant leaks. They send complex wide threatening emails about towing cars, kids playing, water bills, and patio furniture. They'll threaten to throw your patio furniture away if you leave it outside. They haven't yet because maintenance can't be bothered. Amazon box is broken often and you can't opt out. I ordered non-Amazon items and they were stuck in the box for several days because it was broken. Then the box is full and Amazon delivers to your front door anyway. We pay for pest control, but they never come out. I've caught at least 4 wolf spiders in my apartment, plus lots of ants and silverfish. They got rid of the locking trash cans that keep racoons out. If valet trash doesn't pick up your trash, you can expect to have trash everywhere in the morning. Might as well just add your trash to the growing pile outside the broken dumpster. Find some place else or wait until management changes again, which is probably soon.Property Manager Responded

not a good place to live
October 18, 2021I have lived here for over 6 years it was a nice place to live but with new owners i would not recommend this place to anybody if you park in a visitor because you can't find parking they tow your car at your expense of $200.00 my shower had to be resurfaced three times it just keeps falling of the wall the first time they got the chemical all over my bed and destroyed it and told me they we're not responsible for my bed that coast me $700.00 to replace. I lost my hot water and pressure it ...was out for 3 days i have not had a door on my pantry for 6 months it fall off nobody has been by to fix it. we planted plants and flowers to make it look nice in front and all my did the same we take care of it and it looks great we all got emails telling we can't do this and they will take it all away the only place on property they have nice plants is around the office and pool everywhere else looks bad . Now they want use to pay for the water but there are multiple broken water pipes pouring water in to the streets some have been broken for over 3 months i could keep going but i think you get the pointProperty Manager Responded

November 9, 2020Ive been here for 5 months and Im absolutely in love with every aspect of living here! The maintenance team here is incredible, problems fixed within the hour. The staff in the office genuinely care and thats something rare! Cater to everything possible in such a respectful manor. Neighbors are amazing! So many dogs that seem so happy too. I love it here, I love the view of the lake and all the amenities! I would recommend Ashford on the Lake to anyone! 10/10Property Manager Responded
