Atmosphere and positive energy
March 20, 2024It is nice and beautiful atmosphere what we are looking for. This is the place where you can call home. Just sit on the patio with friends and family. Great Apartment Complex!

Spider webs Everywhere
June 29, 2023The hallways are disgusting. They cleaned the spider webs like months ago but don't maintain it. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the spiders on the property weren't poisonous. They don't have pest control spraying the halls at all an I know because I have a camera and never see them in the halls. They should also spray for wasps because they are also starting to become an issue during the day time and building wasps nest in the entry ways as well I think they should invest in a bigger dog ...park as well. There are a lot of dogs on property and they would benefit having a bigger area for them to use the bathroom and actually run around instead of the small one they have.Property Manager Responded

Dirty and poor service
May 23, 2023I initially enjoyed my stay at this complex from 2021. Then the unnecessary charges started without proper follow up for the paperwork. I sent my renter’s insurance document twice but I was still charged. Avoid this apartment as you will be charged excessively. Too small dumpster for the whole complex and they charge back concessions that were never applied.Property Manager Responded

Mice!!
January 12, 2023Mice!! In my apartment and now I'm stuck tonight with a mouse in here. I contacted the emergency line and the dude called me back saying he couldn't help me. 2 weeks ago there was another mouse and I contacted the emergency line and they came right away and the guy was scared. I ended up killing the mouse. I tried to be nice here and even deleted my last review about this place but come on now. Mice!!? These are new apartments! Update: So it's now December 27 2022. On the 24th I caught 4 mice in ...my apartment and no one including maintenance wanted to help me. Maintenance guy said that they don't deal with rodents. Update : December 29th 2022 3 more mice found inside my washing machine. Now the entire apartment smells.Property Manager Responded
