June 5, 2023They have a beautiful clubhouse that’s always empty. Nobody wants to hangout by themselves. Eventhough place is completely empty they will kick you out if you have more than 2 guests per apartment.Property Manager Responded

Shameful
May 24, 2021My husband and I scheduled an appointment with Andrea to discuss the amenities and availability of the apartments at Lakewalk. Upon arrival, Amarys and Andrea quickly told us that there were no apartments available for move-in in the next few months. My husband and I were surprised because we had just seen an apartment available on their website a few days before. Although disappointed, we figured that someone else just beat us to it. On Monday, I checked their site again. The same apartment was ...available! I asked my mom to call and inquire, and it was true! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! To this day, I can't help but think there was some type of prejudice involved. They told me that there was no apartment available; while in fact, my mom was informed differently. July 20, 2018Apartments are pretty, but that’s about all it has going for it currently. Staff and customer service make an apparent change once you’ve signed the lease. Not impressed. They will surely respond they want to resolve the issue, however they will look at you as an inconvenience upon trying to discuss issues. Mail has a lot of issues that have yet to be resolved and causes major inconvenience and stress to residents. Air conditioned halls sound great, however it does add to noise by helping ...carrying noise from units down the hall or people talking coming home. Since all floors are wood if you live below somebody you will definitely hear them. I understand it’s under construction when signing, however amenities were supposed to be done by end of this month and supposedly being pushed back a few more weeks. Seems they’ve done some poor planing and may be having issues with permitting and inspections.Property Manager Responded

Induced Reliance and Misrepresentation of Fact
June 27, 2018The Management/Staff, lack of diligence and accuracy with information, unreasonably induced action to confirm termination of lease by a specific date, to later unveil the availability, specific unit, and pricing, they advised on more than once occasion by phone/visit was their error. They accepted no accountability or even apologized for the error/issue, and merely disappeared in action, rather than provide continued assistance. Thus, while initially management appeared helpful/friendly by phone, ...their overall service illustrates that their level of care and concern post achieving their initial purpose of filling units, may be subpar, unreliable, and a living experience of not achieving things, not a good look for a place under construction during move-ins.Property Manager Responded

My Visit to Lakewalk with Alec
May 19, 2018I visited Hamlin last week. I spoke with a man named Alec, and I was blown away by the customer service experience. It was unlike any visit I had that day, I was searching the area and was unaware of the price ranges of this complex. I really loved the place, I was just unable to afford it myself. I was embarrassed walking in, I could tell when I got there, I may have been stretching my price range. I spoke with Alec who made me feel so comfortable and welcoming. I didn't feel judged. He had the ...type of kindness you don't find in many people, and since I came in close to closing time I thought I would be rushed through. He was detailed, and made me wish I could afford living here. If I manage to afford this property one day, because of Alec I will be back. I hadn't realized how wonderful the visit was until this past week. I have been searching for a home and everywhere I have been, has not come close with customer service.
