I have been here 12 years now and seen a great improvement overall. People that work here are VERY friendly and helpful. Does not take long if you need maintenance. I have watched thru the years of the changes. Only disappointment I have is taking the swimming pool out. I always looked forward to it opening. The Laketran bus now has a stop at our corner is a plus also.

First off, the staff at Lakeway Woods is the best we've experienced at any apartment yet. Sherry is on top of things and very nice to deal with. Maintenance is very pleasant as well, and takes your concerns seriously. Second, Lakeway Woods is located in a beautiful area- walking distance from a nice beach park, every store you might need, and plenty of food options. The inside of the apartments are very nice and beautifully done. Great place to live, overall!

We have been tenants at Lakeway Woods Apartments for over a year now and we love it so much here that when we decided to move from the apartment we first rented, we moved to a townhome just across the parking lot. It is conveniently close to everything, it is safe and clean. The staff make all the difference for us because they are so professional, responsive and exceptionally nice and that is a major factor for us in making our decision to stay here. I have lived in Lakeway Woods for over a year and half now, I absolutely love it. The staff is amazing, super friendly and very helpful. The grounds are always clean. Communicate on things that are happened is amazing. And as a single mom with 2 small kids, safety is a huge thing for me and I feel very safe here. We have a great little community to come home to everyday.

I have been residing here since 2017 under a previous site manager (who thank goodness is no longer here) in an apartment and it was not the most pleasant experience, HOWEVER. The new landlord CURRENTLY has really tried to go above and beyond to make our townhome and our family more comfortable! We are renewing for our third year only because of how hard Sherry works! When Sherry says she is going to do something she does it! No place where you live is perfect which is why I rated it a 4, due to ...

neighbors etc however her management is a 5 for My personal experience. I am hopeful that under her now things will only continue to get better
