If you're looking for a place in the Greater New Haven area, take a look at an apt. here. It's by the Playright, little shops and the post office and libray are on the nrxt block. It's along a lake with nice walking trails at a park up the street. And the property manager Joanna and maintenance staff are great here. One day ,when my bathroom sink was blocked, I reached out to Jeff, and he quickly came to fix it. Today, Alex and Jeff helped me fix my bathroom floor, and watching sweat was all over Alex face and Jeff work tirelessly. ...I was deeply moved. The apartments are spacious, have amazing natural light, and great views of either Whitney Ave or the Lake. The area is so walkable, with a small garden with benches right across the street, as well as local favorites like Soup/Scoop girl, the Playwright, and Whitneyville Market. With Books and Company and Whitneyville Cultural Commons down the road there is always something to do. Maintenance is prompt and ...helpful, and packages are behind the locked main doors so I haven't experienced any issues with theft. I can't reccomend Lakewood enough!Read More

Maintenance is quick to respond to requests.
