    I've been living at Lakewood for almost three years now and I absolutely love it! The apartments are spacious, have amazing natural light, and great views of either Whitney Ave or the Lake. The area is so walkable, with a small garden with benches right across the street, as well as local favorites like Soup/Scoop girl, the Playwright, and Whitneyville Market. With Books and Company and Whitneyville Cultural Commons down the road there is always something to do. Maintenance is prompt and ...

    I've lived here for three years and I've been pretty happy. There's a lot of noise from Whitney Avenue, but otherwise the property is quiet. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. It's right on the bus line, and there's an urgent care clinic, a library, a post office, a grocery store, a wine shop, and a book/coffee shop all within a block or two.
