We rented at Lakewood Estates. Very good experience. The gals in the office, Melanie and Jean, were so polite, helpful and acc. Apartment was clean and up to date. If something needed fixed, they were there the same day. Heated unground garage was clean. Move out was easy. Refund prompt. Highly recommended renting here.

The overall experience at Lakewood Estates has been excellent. The grounds are well kept and the office staff is attentive to all of our needs as they arise. The walls are thick and our neighbors are quiet. The building hallways are clean and everything is in order. The other tenants seem considerate and polite. The maintenance employee is awesome. I've rarely seen anyone put so much effort into being so professional. I've already referred a co-worker to this facility and I recommend anyone ...

This place is great for a single woman and even a family. I love the fact that the management goes above and beyond what you would expect. I love the fact that it has its own gym, a view of a private lake and you have 2 parking spots. One is outside and the other is the garage. The price is very reasonable especially since I have a cat. The apartments come with your own washer and dryer and even a dishwasher. The apartment has so much storage room and I love the fact that people who don’t live in ...
the apartment have to buzz in which makes me feel extremely safe. Even when I have to leave the management knows who has an extra key for my place and calls me if something is going on. I highly recommend this place for those who want a safe place to live and the management cares about you.

Even though the property is pet-friendly, it is really quiet. The leasing agents are great to work with, and the maintenance staff does a good job checking in with renters regarding repairs. I also appreciate that maintenance requests and rent can be paid online.
