Bullet Holes and Not Cleaned

I recently moved into an apartment at Lakewood Terrace on February 13, and I'm disgusted with the condition of the apartment. My first mistake was trusting the rental office and not conducting an initial walk through. Like I said, I shouldn't have trusted the apartment's management. After I signed the lease, I found bullet holes in the walls and front door. The refrigerator was moldy, much of the apartment wasn't cleaned and the toilet seat was broken. clean the unit, but it seems that the apartment complex is about to be sold. I'll follow up this review to let you know how the new management responds.
