June 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comParking is generally sufficient, but packed, not much as to be able to park reasonably close to apt building. Quality of construction is good and expansion are welcomed (off lease dog park, playground, etc) the gym could use an overhaul though Noise level is excellent. Generally very quiet. Grounds are terrible. Littered with dog poop and little/no enforcement of lease contract language on leashes or city ordinance on leash usage. Will be attempting to contact management on this ...issue. Maintenance is timely and and helpful even though the ticket system is a little clunky. Staff, while helpful, is almost impossible to contact outside of going to office in person. Management now uses AI bot to field all requests form Maintenance, leasing questions, to complaints and/or directs to a 3rd party when calling. Terrible. Overall is a solid location with great amenities if willing to put up certain detractions. This is a paid review.Read More

June 9, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in these apartments since July of 2024! I love being right by everything but also feeling tucked away in the quiet. As a pet owner, we have everything we need for our precious babies! We have a cute dog park! Nice clean sidewalks! Dog waste stations everywhere you look. We are right by a nature greenway for those long walks! I would suggest these if you love quiet and serene!

Security means everything to me and my kids. At night this place is lit up everywhere. We also have security that drives through couple times per day. Great place to live!

It has great amenities with a pool, dog park, gym, and playground. There is a nice walking trail behind the apartment complex as well that is pretty to walk on.

Management is very responsive. I have nothing but positive things to say about this property. It’s located in the south side of Springfield within minutes of grocery stores and restaurants.

The snack machines in the laundry room are handy (we have washer and dryer hookups in our apartment tho). Management is friendly. The place is quiet and pleasant. The residents leave you be. Maybe a friendly smile or wave, but no one bothers anyone. The air condition works great. They send maintenance to work out any problems, without question. The accent wall (one living room wall color of your choice) is adorbs! The hot water seems ...endless! The dishwasher is powerful! We LOVE it here way better than our last place. The trails make walking to the library, walmart supermarket, sams, ect, a piece of cake. There is a children's dentist nearby with a play place that my daughter never wanted to leave. The apartment complex is always clean and dog friendly. Management and maintenance are great too! This is my second time living here and I have never had an issue. Rent is a low price and includes cable/internet which is a great bonus for a college student.
