October 17, 2025I like these apartments! The location, amenities, and neighbors are great. The only downsides I'd mention are lighting in the parking lot in my building specifically and thin walls, but the area is safe and neighbors try to keep quiet.Review from Apartments.com

May 28, 2025I just signed my first lease renewal at Lakewood. They have great amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym and a walking trail behind the property. Management is very responsive. August 10, 2015Have lived here a few months now. The pool has been great. The snack machines in the laundry room are handy (we have washer and dryer hookups in our apartment tho). Management is friendly. The place is quiet and pleasant. The residents leave you be. Maybe a friendly smile or wave, but no one bothers anyone. The air condition works great. They send maintenance to work out any problems, without question. The accent wall (one living room wall color of your choice) is adorbs! The hot water seems ...endless! The dishwasher is powerful! We LOVE it here way better than our last place. The trails make walking to the library, walmart supermarket, sams, ect, a piece of cake. There is a children's dentist nearby with a play place that my daughter never wanted to leave. I highly recommend Lakewood Village Apartments!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Awesome South Side Apartment
August 20, 2015Lakewood Apartments managed by Wooten Company is the place to live. The apartments have a big layout and plenty of storage. The apartment complex is always clean and dog friendly. Management and maintenance are great too! This is my second time living here and I have never had an issue.
