The staff are awesome !!!
March 6, 2024HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Even though it’s an older complex, it’s lovely once you get into your actual apartment. It’s only our second day here and we are loving it!!! Amanda and Carrie are amazing! Very helpful but brief so I didn’t feel overwhelmed. The welcome packet is great for setting up WiFi and understanding the rules! The park, pool, and field seem to be in good shape as well!! Decently priced ! Affordable!Property Manager Responded

Don’t move to this place.
February 28, 2023I lived here for a few years, it’s been down hill since day one. The buildings are literally rotting. If you would actually want to tour an apartment pick a random building and walk the halls and then get back into your car and be glad you didn’t actually waste your time meeting with the horrible office staff. I’m not sure how they are even allowed to rent these apartment they aren’t safe.Property Manager Responded

Nasty
August 25, 2022I have a hard time believing the 5 star reviews are from real people. I don't live here but I visit fairly often. They do not take care of this place. Carpet is nasty and stained in the hallways. They never vacuum carpet or mop entryways. dumpsters are always overflowing and trash blowing everywhere. Lights are out in the entry ways. Holes in all the walls in almost all hallways that aren't patched correctly. Halls are stained and brownish from not being painted in years. Water stains in the ...ceilings., balconies are rotting and unsafe. And it's getting worse.Property Manager Responded

Staff was amazing, but ROACHES.
June 28, 2022Unfortunately, after only a week we had to move out of these apartments due to an infestation. When we initially entered the apartment it smelled of old glue and the air conditioner in the main bedroom had mold covered completely around the outside of it. There where a few minor problems that wouldn’t have mattered, but Roaches is something that I can’t handle. The apartments agent we were in contact with was very responsive and made sure to let us know bi-weekly treatments will be done to the ...building. This is a problem when you want to move furniture in and have to worry about it being exposed to bugs. We only brought a mattress in because immediately we were worried. We were told not to treat the roaches ourselves which was hard given we lived there and again: they only come every two weeks. We were able to leave the lease, but without the full deposit. Be careful of who may have lived in these spaces before you. When speaking with the neighbor he said he knew about our apartment in particular. Thank you!Property Manager Responded
