Great value for the $, and you can't beat having utilities included! Fairly close to stores but having a car to get around helps. Neighbors and residents were friendly; apartment manager and staff were knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and quite friendly! My apartment was quite functional and truly a great deal. Highly Recommended!!!

The apartments have recently undergone an ownership change, and the new owners seem intent on reinvesting in the buildings. The units are walking distance from Willow Creek park (awesome spot with a cool frisbee golf course), the City Swimming Pool, Safeway and Walmart. The grounds are nice, and well kept, I've enjoyed living here.
Bedbug alert

Lamar apartments are infested with bedbugs in every unit they have or can come every month but are still unable to get rid of them three out of four of the buildings are infested currently with bedbugs I just found two bedbugs in my apartment today because they did not treat my apartment correctly when the two downstairs units had bedbugs they try to blame it on the tenants when they have more than one unit infested more than one apartment infested sounds like it's their problem not the tenants
