False Advertising
April 20, 2021This complex as shown on multiple websites is NOT reality. Don't believe what they are showing you online. Reality is...NO hot water for over a week, in the entire complex...NO laundry facilities, the pipes have been busted since the big freeze and still aren't fixed...trash all over the property and it's not being picked up...only a few apartments have truly been renovated, ours only got cheap new carpet with OLD FILTHY appliances...old cabinets, broken drawers, non-working or nonexistent smoke ...alarms, moldy old single pane, non energy-efficient windows, and on and on and on... Then there are the rude neighbors with loud car stereos, partying in the parking lots at all hours of the night and day. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here...I wish I could get out of my lease.Property Manager Responded

Poverty
December 1, 2020I lived in these apartments back in 2018 so they may be under new management yet i still would not recommend because the area is poverty based, maintenance is horrible i had mold all around my apartment and was told to clean it myself and that i would continue to have that problem because the windows aren't sealed and the building is old which regardless of how old the building is that is a hazard and a paying tenant shouldn't have to worry about that also there's constant loud noise people ...hanging out in the parking lot late at night within the first month of me staying there i witness a fight between my neighbors, kids are rarely supervised and will hang out by your door etc and i moved out in the middle of the month ( broke my lease just so i can hurry up and leave ) and almost a year after that i found out im being charged 4,000 for no reason at all by far the absolute worst experience i have dealt with i would never recommend these apartments and i know my comment will be deleted cause i have nothing positive to sayProperty Manager Responded

When a lease is unlawfully broken or terminated, fees are applied for notice to vacate and termination fees. If the balance is not paid with in 30 days the account goes to collections. If you would like to dispute your charges you may contact RentDebt 800-810-2020. Windows sweat when temperatures differ greatly from the inside temperatures to the outside. When the moisture is not wiped up and dried it will turn to and discolor and is the resident's responsibility to prevent that from happening. Thank you and have a great day.

Amazing apartment
April 26, 2018I have lived here for just over a year now and since the new owners took over (about 8 months ago), there has been huge improvements they have really done an amazing job of fixing the property up. The staff does an amazing job of doing the upkeep of the property and its a very nice, quiet place to live. It's close to everything which is really convenient. It took me a little while to find a property that I liked that was affordable and this I found was the best deal in the area.Review from Apartments.com

July 13, 2016All rainbows until after you pay the first months rent. The units leak water, dish washer doesn't work, plugs so old you can't use them. Had to have A/C fixed myself so I could breathe. Maybe it gets better.Review from Apartments.com
