Poor management, new owners haven’t changed anything

You get what you expect with one of the cheaper places in Denton. Our unit was not ready on our signed lease date, we had to store our things for 3 days and hire a second moving company at our own cost, management did not inform us that our unit was not ready until the Sunday afternoon before we were supposed to get keys at 8 a.m. the following Monday. blinds for 6 weeks, were told that they were ordered, and found out 3 different times that they were never ordered due to different excuses. Our water gets shut off for repairs at minimum once a week, sometimes 2-3 times for a couple hours each time, always an “emergency.” Also the pool is typically a disgusting black color and is still not open for the summer on June 25th. Overall, it’s affordable and that’s the only reason to rent here
