Bad Neighborhood, Bad Apartments
July 10, 2021Lots of gang activity, no available parking, and in a very sketchy neighborhood. Drug use and crime are common, and there's very little that management does to make you feel safe. Go out of your way to avoid this place.Property Manager Responded

We understand the challenges of parking at a community as large as ours, however we do assign each resident a designated space, and offer a large number of guest parking as well. Great staff, not so great townhouse.
September 23, 2015Lancaster Commons have some really nice, helpful employees. The unit itself lacks storage, is really small, & pretty run down. Also kinda' pricey for what it is. However they do boast a pool, Jacuzzi, basketball court, & gym for tenants. The gym & basketball court are accessible year round all hours. Pool & Jacuzzi are only open seasonally.Review from Apartments.com
