Awful management
July 1, 2023My grandma lives here the rent is unreasonably high and increases every year. They don’t shovel her walkway in winter, they let other residents leave her nasty notes on her door and on her car, they do not care about anything that happens to her property. March 2, 2020Property has a very high turn over of both office managers and maintenance staff and owners do not respond back when trying to reach them. WNY has plenty of other Senior apartments to choose from. Stay away.Review from Apartments.com
