Maintenance IS AMAZING!
March 21, 2023I've lived here for 3yrs now and before property management was a joke as well as maintenance. Since Eden has bought this place out it's been SO much better. Deb in front office is amazing and Tim with maintenance is great! They stay on top of things. Are constantly trying to make this a safer and better place to live and are FINALLY getting maintenance in here to fix all the problems the old company did not seem to care about! August 4, 2020It's a fantastic starting apartment. The community is wonderful, and as far as I can tell full of friendly people. I feel safe in the community. However, I would not recommend living here for longer than 1-2 years. My last apartment the maintenance came for any problem big or small within the same day, here it can take 4 days for small issues even before covid (probably short staffed). Little to no communication from office staff. Any attempts to call the office usually leaves you with a phone ...call to an out sourced office who probably don't even live in Kentucky. The emergency maintenance line is also a joke, they will only submit a work order on your behalf, thankfully I have not had an extreme issue such as flooding but I am legitimately worried about how long it would take for it to be addressed.Property Manager Responded
