    As far as living the apartments are in great condition. Family friendly complex. Don’t let anything break or go wrong though, you’ll never get a response from anyone in the office & if you do the property manger is very rude and passive aggressive. The assistant manager isn’t much better.

  • STAY AWAY !!!

    The management is worse than awful ! Unresponsive to complaints and not at all honest. An employee entered my apartment without the customary notice or leaving a notice of his entry as had been the policy. Called off site management and was told that maintenance did not enter my apartment and to call law enforcement. The next day the office staff concocted a bogus maintenance issue and started lying. Had to inventory my entire apartment and throw out all my food and beverages that were not in ...
    cans or sealed containers. You can never trust this bunch. STAY AWAY !!!

  • Love the Community, Hate our apartment!

    We’ve had a pest problem since we’ve moved in. Bugs everywhere(kitchen, bathroom, cabinets, closet) constantly putting in work orders for pest control. Pest control leaves a note in our kitchen saying they’ve sprayed but only sprays the hallway and that’s it. I work from home, so I know for a fact that pest control only sprayed one small area. Ridiculous!

  • Land someplace else!

    January 12, 2018
    Services have decreased while rent has remained the same or increased. Trash pickup has gone from six days a week to three. The old folks still put their trash outdoors on the old schedule which looks just awesome and smells great in the summer months. Cable/WiFi gone from modem provided to “go and buy one yourself.” Security gate destroyed by local drunk two months ago so it’s open season on your car or your kid’s bike. Renovations in progress by a contractor that gets his team from the group ...
    of day laborers he finds at Home Depot each morning. Large unsecured trash roll-offs set in parking lot are heaped with trash from the locals, not the residents, that can easily dump their trash here because, like I said, no security gate. Can’t park your boat or RV here but your rusted out pos car up on blocks is definitely welcome! If you’re looking for substandard living at a high price close to a WalMart and Kroger’s that both have more cameras than a modern Nuclear Powerplant for purposes of keeping “prices low” then this is the place for you... and did I mention their section 8 sister property just down the street? Bonus!

    This is a great place to live if you have a family. There are lots of kids that are generally outside playing. The apartments themselves are adequate but lacking somewhat in ascetics. Compared to other newer apartments in the area they look a little dated. The paint on the walls is flat and shows every smudge. However the rooms are spacious and the closets are as well. Maintenance responds quickly and the amenities such as the pool and workout center are well maintained. I am about to move but ...
    only due to a newer apartment being completed in a better location for me. If this were not available I would stay right where I am.

    Spacious,quiet,cable & internet, no deposit, bring your pets!!! Updated interiors, washer & dryers, just bring your furniture! Easiest move in process ever! Oh and if you ever want to leave the apartment, its close to everything you need! Why go anywhere else?
