SURPRISE FEES for Garbage, Water, Sewer, renter's insurance & Paying Rent Online
October 2, 2022You're shown a model 2nd floor apartment that isn't what your renting. After all the application fees (for each person), extra surprise fee over $60 for paying online (non-refundable bc "it wasn't us"), renter's insurance to cover THEIR property, security & pet deposits, when you go in to sign the lease you're surprised to be told for the first time that they will additionally be billing you for water, sewer & garbage! WHOA! We still signed & walked into a WET apartment without any of the high ...ceilings, no fireplace, no balcony, bugs & mice droppings on the kitchen counter that was very worn out. Appliances were old, plastic outlet cover cracked, shower door off track and not closing all the way, garbage on the floor in laundry room, screens on windows popping off, empty containers on counters as the front door was unlocked & apparently there had been visitors. The pool opened late & the 3 times I walked through it was full of children- very noisy! Not relaxing. The Sauna was broken. The gym tiny & basic. There's a tiny desk in a corner near the secretary that they call the business area right by the main door. I was so disappointed with all of my belongings packed to move in. They never offered the apartment we were initially shown to compensate for what we just walked into. Nothing but the tiny flooded mouse hole with muddy hand prints from all the children on the outside of the building. THERE ARE A LOT OF CHILDREN making a lot of noise every time I visit. It's sad that this place keeps populating in apartment searches when they're not providing what's advertised.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Pool still not open.
June 13, 20222020 the pool opened in mid July. 2021 the pool opened in mid June 2022 the pool is still not open. The place is filthy, and is poorly taken care of.Property Manager Responded
