February 12, 2019This was the first apartment that my now husband and myself lived in. It was amazing! The location is amazing, the building is beautiful the staff are always super nice and helpful. October 4, 2017The apartment is clean and nice. The staff is awful, so bad that it's not worth living there. Tons of hidden fees and lack of communication. The maintenance is the worst I've ever dealt with (left trash in our apt., dented walls & counters). We even had a mold problem that was never addressed after multiple submitted requests. September 10, 2016We've been living here for almost 6 months now and love it. Office staff are seriously Awesome, (especially Phil & one of the managers) maintenance always fixes everything we need and are super friendly, there's a playground, tennis courts, really nice swimming pool & we use them all. They have a lot of grass area around the entire facility for my dog & I like that they have bags available to pick up after your dog as well. They keep the grounds very nice & every week it's maintained. It's easy ...to get anywhere from here & were located close to freeway access. Great place to live!!!
May 30, 2016My husband has lived here almost 2 years. I live in another state and visit often. I have only lived in one other place in my life that equals this wonderful community. We have a home but my husband is living here because of his wonderful job. When I call the office or go in I'm greeted by lovely people in the office. Rhonda has known my name and my husbands from the start, this is very impressive. We both feel as though we matter! Our neighbors are really great too. While coming home ...late evening from a trip and carrying suite cases up 3 flights of stair some eighbors visiter offered to help carry our bags up, WOW. August 14, 2015This building is in the perfect location to restaurants, major highways, T-mobile, Comcast and close to work. The complex is very well maintained. Whenever you call the leasing office, staff is always available and helpful, never have to call back to obtain assistance. Maintenance responds very efficiently. The complex has a pool and two playgrounds for households with children. My grandchildren were visiting recently and enjoyed the complex without leaving the grounds. They had a ...wonderful time. It is always pleasant at the complex without any loud disruptive neighbors, majority are disciplined and structured neighbors - just the way I love it.
