This place is awful! Our cars constantly have gotten damaged by other vehicle doors, keyed, broken into. Loud music gets played in apartments and in the parking lot. Constantly have groups of people standing outside. People knock on our door for money. Neighbors constantly argue with themselves or other residents. The staff is so rude and constantly changes, however the rudeness is always consistent. It always smells like marijuana around the apartments. The gym equipment does not work. The ...
apartment gate is always open. The tow trucks have towed our vehicles that are stickered and cost us 300$ for 1 car to get back the same day. Our mail packages always "get lost or stolen" either at the office or at our front door. I will break my lease just to move from here because of the constant unsafety.

Never rent from THE LANDINGS OF MARINE CREEK APARTMENT COMPLEX IN FORT WORTH.
Theyre trying to screw me on my move out.
Adding bogus charges like water bills from NOVEMBER 2018, December, and January that I PAID already.
Bogus late fees I dont owe bc I paid my last months rent as agreed upon.
This place is beyond sheisty.
I kinda wanna sue them.
They know I was the victim of domestic assault and then they do this

They promised to get me in within the next 2 weeks and I was at the fourth week of waiting and they still told me I needed additional information. Horrible staff, extremely incompetent. Little girl answering the phone was rude as heck, has no business answering the phone or working in customer service. So if a girl named Crystal answers the phone, do yourself a ...
