Poor management, plumbing issues on every floor, roaches they spray for but it doesn't do any good if you have a hoarder for a neighbor., dirty elevators which are very temperamental. Dont want to be on the upper floors for a non-working elevator, trust me. Hurricane damage to our covered parking area from 2.5 yrs ago still not fixed. This is NOT an Active Community as they say. There are no activities here aside from Bingo & arts & crafts. Wish we had done our homewirk.

I gave an excellent review because I truly love living here. The Manager, Tammy is extremely helpful and has implemented many awesome activities to bring the residents together. I have been living here 9 years. There is plenty of places to fish close by. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and have extremely friendly residents surrounding us. We are within walking distance to shopping and plenty to do. Sims Park in downtown New Port Richey less than a mile away. On the cottee river, it has ...

a kids playground, amphitheater, which has many concerts and have booked well-known bands to play there. As far as my apartment it’s perfect for me. And if there is a problem, our maintenance department is top-notch. Anytime I’ve had a problem and usually Mike is here in no time to help.. again it’s an awesome complex and happy to call it my home.

Garbage disposal was leaking badly causing a lake under the sink.

Lived here for 5 months. Both office and grounds/maintenance are friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. My only complaint - and it's more of an observation than a real complaint - is that they tend to be a little obsessive about activity sign up lists. A little more spontaneity would do wonders.

The Manager, Cynthia, and staff are a dream for seniors. Asked for help on something, and done in 15 minutes. Having a shuttle bus, good maintenance staff, and a really nice staff makes me glad I came here to live. The Best!

The building looks great on the outside, but it certainly is not as advertised on the inside.....a premier,luxury retreat I think not, it needs some SERIOUS updating and CLEANING re: floors, hallway carpeting, elavators, doorway floor entrances, elavators, under the building parking, The maintenance guys do the best for only being 'two' of them, this is a big building and considerating how old it is, things haven't been kept up. unsatisfactory for a Premier apt complex. It should not make a difference what floor you live on or who you are friends with the best, it should all be Premire living conditions and for the amount of rent I pay every month......I AM DISAPPOINTED. This review may not follow 'full review guidelines' but it is a sad situation when you sign that lease, what choice do you have
