June 10, 2024We have lived in the The Landings on the Trail for 6 years. The experience has been positive. Janet the property manager is excellent. She handles any issues quickly and is always available. The building we are in is quiet and the tenants are respectful. They do not so their job
March 4, 2024The management here is awful. Things get stolen left and right, they do nothing. People leave their dogs poop everywhere, and accuse others. I sent two service requests for the same thing over a month ago, no one has done anything. Save yourself the trouble, find somewhere else to live.Review from Apartments.com
AWFUL STAY AWAY
January 26, 2022The management here is absolutely terrible. They do not take care of the property, the hallways smell like sewage, the sinks back up with sewage. It’s not clean, and not maintained. Not to mention the management staff is rude. My kitchen sink backed up with raw sewage, they sent the maintenance people here to clean it. That’s not the maintenance crews job, that is the job of a professional cleaning service to disinfect the area. The snow removal is terrible, the laundry room is vile. They are ...just now getting rid of smoking indoors. Do not rent at these over priced, poorly managed apartments.Property Manager Responded
