Good Afternoon those of you who are seeking to reside in these apartments beware and make sure the office explains to you once you give the 100 fee for them to hold a spot for your apartment if you meet the conditions. But this is the catch make sure you ask to see the apartment first because if you are not content with the apartment YOU WILL NOT GET THE 100 dollars back! This happen to my mother! We did the application and gave the 45 dollars for the application Fee and 100 for the apartment to ...
be hold before we seen the apartment because they were not ready at that time also the manager did not explain that no other family memwber would get a fob key for the doors to open to enter the building if your loved one doesn’t answer the phone! This is absolute inane. You would have to call the police in order to get into the building to see if your loved is ok. I walked out of their saying there is no way that I would let my mother live there and we did not get the 100 dollars back!!! Because my mother qualified with their condition but my mother and I agreed that not having immediate access was not ideal! So this business that this owner has is. It for our loved ones it’s all about money! I will highly not recommend this place if you have a loved one that is alone!!! There you go Ciry of Vineland all about money!
