My experience at this apartment has been extremely disappointing. During my time here, I experienced three floods in my apartment, including two that happened back-to-back. Since the flooding, my apartment has had a persistent damp/musty smell, and the carpet was never properly cleaned after the floods.

difficult to enjoy a peaceful living environment.
Another major concern was communication and accountability. I felt that the assistant leasing manager did not take accountability for issues that were within her responsibility to address. When you are dealing with repeated flooding, maintenance problems, and ongoing noise complaints, you expect management to communicate effectively and take ownership of resolving those concerns.
Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would encourage anyone considering this property to ask detailed questions about how they handle flooding, maintenance issues, noise complaints, and management concerns before signing a lease.
Only good thing I can say is, the leasing agent Tan was very professional and nice.
