October 31, 2025I wouldn’t recommend living here to ANYONE Management took away our valet trash just to benefit themselves $$, and maintenance requests go ignored for WEEKS, sometimes months, and when they finally show up, things are still broken. The pools are always foul and disgusting and they never bother fixing them. The whole management team is lazy and unhelpful. Steer clear from this nasty place if you’re looking to move. I came across Landmark @ Wynton Pointe, had a tour of the property, and knew it was the right place. September 23, 2025Not the best, not the worst. Had an incident happen and it was hard to get any communication from them. They were apologetic. I fear this place needs some upgrades. New paved roads, some cosmetic updates, people to clean up after their dogs, speeding cars, broken fence at dog park. All these are fixable issues.Review from Apartments.com
