Great so far! Beautiful location and very peaceful. Some of the maintenance requests I put in prior to moving haven’t been addressed though. (They were promised to be fixed prior to move in.) That aside, it’s lovely!

We have been living here almost 1 year. The property management team on site does not respond to emails in a timely manner and they consistently do not communicate information such as water being turned off in a timely manner. The response from the team is nonchalant and careless. The trash compactor is always over flowing and disgusting. There are better apartments in the area to choose from. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The problem wasn't fixed and a reason wasn't given. One of the perks of living here is that we should be alble to utilize the dog park otherwise known as the bark park.

So far so good, still waiting for our mailbox door to be replaced, but staff and maintenance have been super kind and understanding. Overall the neighbourhood is quiet parking is plentiful and the neighbours are super sweet.

Do NOT move here.
The management starts out acting helpful, but it quickly goes downhill. Maintenance does the bare minimum and many issues never get properly fixed. There are roaches in the units and even rust in different areas of the apartment.
When you bring problems to the office, they are very unhelpful and nothing actually gets resolved. It feels like management only looks out for themselves rather than the people living there.
They seem willing to do anything just to fill vacant units, ...
but the living conditions and lack of support make it not worth it.
Save yourself the stress and look somewhere else to live.
