Landmark offers a great location, comfortable living spaces and extraordinary amenities. Dirty, diry, dirty
September 1, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comLandmark is one of the most coveted and expensive places to live at MSU; however, it definitely does not even attempt to live up to its standards. While the units are nice (still overpriced), the actual building is disgusting. Landmark is for sloppy college students who throw pizza and smash vodka bottles on the floors frequently. People throw up in elevators. The entire building smells like garbage all the time. Additionally, $150 for parking in a garage that you have to walk across a ...garbage-filled alleyway to access. This is probably the dirtiest building I've ever walked in, let alone paid so much money to live at.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
