Amazing location, Amenities, and Staff
November 14, 2024My tour with Jacob with amazing! He was thoughtful, polite and well versed. Landmark offers a great location, comfortable living spaces and extraordinary amenities. To see the full scope, I wish there were more units to tour, however, the two we were able to see were fantastic.Property Manager Responded

Dirty, diry, dirty
September 1, 2024Landmark is one of the most coveted and expensive places to live at MSU; however, it definitely does not even attempt to live up to its standards. While the units are nice (still overpriced), the actual building is disgusting. Landmark is for sloppy college students who throw pizza and smash vodka bottles on the floors frequently. People throw up in elevators. The entire building smells like garbage all the time. Additionally, $150 for parking in a garage that you have to walk across a ...garbage-filled alleyway to access. This is probably the dirtiest building I've ever walked in, let alone paid so much money to live at.Property Manager Responded
