Bad Management
November 26, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comDon't get me wrong I love our apartment. But the Managers are not doing a good job maintaining the building. The Managers also need to work on their people skills. I just wish the quality of the building was like it was on the day we moved in. Falling Apart
November 21, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThis used to be an amazing property. It was kept nice and clean. Now the amenities are falling apart the hallway carpets are torn and dirty. The pool furniture is filthy. The Manager Kim doesn't care at all. Its really sad because we used to love living here. The property is gorgeous and the construction is high quality. The infinity pool is gorgeous, as are the added amenities: ping pong tables, hammocks, grill, and putting green. The fitness room is spacious and offers a wide range of equipment. I will have to ask them to add an arc machine. Overall, the property sports high quality fittings. The layouts are smart, efficient and attractive. The ...appliances, floor surfaces and available storage are better than any apartment I have seen. Very happy to rent at Landon House.Read More
