Bad Management
November 26, 2019Don't get me wrong I love our apartment. But the Managers are not doing a good job maintaining the building. The Managers also need to work on their people skills. I just wish the quality of the building was like it was on the day we moved in. I hope in the new year we will see a change in the management staff as well as the building.Property Manager Responded

Falling Apart
November 21, 2019This used to be an amazing property. It was kept nice and clean. Now the amenities are falling apart the hallway carpets are torn and dirty. The pool furniture is filthy. The Manager Kim doesn't care at all. Its really sad because we used to love living here. We live on the first floor and see worms all the time inside the building.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful property
May 11, 2017The single best apartment experience of my lifetime. The staff is classy and polite and responsive. The property is gorgeous and the construction is high quality. The infinity pool is gorgeous, as are the added amenities: ping pong tables, hammocks, grill, and putting green. The fitness room is spacious and offers a wide range of equipment. I will have to ask them to add an arc machine. Overall, the property sports high quality fittings. The layouts are smart, efficient and attractive.
