The apartments were amazing and the amenities were fantastic! I was impressed with Preston’s professionalism and knowledge when he mentioned that it was one of his first tours! May 9, 2025Great apartments, beautiful, modern, lots of young people. Unfortunately, the parking situation is a mess. Management has no idea that 60% of assigned parking spots are empty. They don't have records of who has been assigned what spot in the past. They could just reassign everything but they don't for some reason...Property Manager Responded

April 2, 2025I love the amenities, location, and apartment itself. The staff is friendly as well, but the WiFi has issues too often and the fire alarms go off by accident too often as well. They are extremely loud and inconvenient.Property Manager Responded

February 21, 2025It’s been great except for a couple of issues - like I haven’t been able to access the door lock through the Stratis app because it’s malfunctioning/running out of battery, or some appliances in my apartment came scratched and other amenities around the building need a little cleaning/replacement (chairs next to the pools for example are always dirty and stained)Property Manager Responded
