Don’t waste your money on Greystar. The management here are like cars salespeople, quick to want your money and refuse to help with anything. There are better options in the same area

Landsby is well located and aesthetically pleasing. However, I find it weird how much I can hear from my neighbor's apartment considering how new the construction is. Also, the garbage service is terrible. No one follows the rules and my hallway is always filled with garbage. It looks awful and smells even worse. Honestly, this is the biggest reason I am currently looking for a new place to live.

I love the building and the amenities, but we will not be renewing our lease because of management. Staff turnover is constant. Everytime I go into the leasing office there is a new staff member and they are learning not sure how to assist. We have brought concerns about our stuff being stolen from a locked storage and they were unsuccessful with any follow up after asking multiple times to assist with a police report. Have a difficult time with getting a hold or connecting to them.

Amenities are great, apartment is great, people are great, but management never responds to emails. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them since December. I’ve even gone into the leasing office twice and been told I would get a response. Nothing. Extremely frustrating.

I lived here for 14 months and generally enjoyed the unit. Overall, it’s a solid place to live if you’re patient with management, but be sure to document everything during your move-in inspection.
