Bad management and Overpriced
April 12, 2018The only thing this property has going for it is the location. Management says one thing, but once its on paper, it is completely different. They take so long to respond, that you end up being left with few options. The building is constructed poorly, you can hear everything that the people above you do. Apartment features are cheap. Not what you expect from the most expensive apartments in Birmingham. The courtyard is a children's playground during the summer and since the windows are made of ...paper, you can hear everything. But worst of all, there is no customer service and the tenant is always wrong. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
