THERE'S LOTS TO LOVE AT LANGTREE LAKE NORMAN
June 3, 2023While researching neighborhoods to live in the Charlotte area, LangTree LN Apts came up frequently with locals, residents and visitors alike as the best rental community in the area, citing its abundant amenities, resort-style living, and small village of shops and restaurants. My daughter and her husband, who had also moved to the area, agreed, telling me LangTree was their top choice. (Plus they knew I’d love its dog park, a bonus for our dog loving family!) I moved into LangTree and was soon ...delighted to learn that the amenities, services, and conveniences are truly IMPRESSIVE, but what makes LangTree an even BETTER experience is the PEOPLE. I have yet to meet a neighbor or employee that isn't smiling or giving a friendly greeting. Residenrs also speak highly of the staff, and in my own case, two employees deserve recognition for going above and beyond to help me move-in, starting with leasing specialist Dillon. An excellent agent for LangTree, Dillon is professional and personable, with excellent communication skills and a thorough knowledge of the apartments and property -- plus, he's genuinely nice! When my daughter and son-in-law had to step in to tour apartments for me, searching for the layout and location that best matched my needs and wishes, Dillon's expertise made the process go smoothly and quickly. Thank you, Dillon! Also much appreciation goes to Bill, who handled my emergency maintenance call on a holiday — I dreaded even asking but Bill couldn't have been more gracious and came to the rescue in minutes. July 19, 2022The office staff at Langtree, specifically Miss Dawn, is quite frankly the nicest leasing staff I have ever encountered. I've never toured a property where the manager takes the time to get to know me (alongside the leasing staff) and ask if there are any particular questions/concerns I have before deciding to lease. Amazing location! Beautiful apartments! Super friendly office staff!
March 4, 2022Crossing my fingers that my application is approved and we get the apartment that we want because this place is perfect for us! We loved the floor plan and all of the amenities that come with this lake front community. It is close to everything without having to deal with traffic and parking issues. Very welcoming & friendly staff!
March 1, 2022I had the opportunity of touring this place about a month ago. There were two leasing consultants, Dillon and Shania, in particular who made me feel very comfortable during this touring process. From the moment I stepped in I was treated with respect and they were very attentive to my needs. Terrible staff
June 9, 2018Wrote another review it was delete. This is the HONEST TRUTH STAY AWAY. Worked with Kelly was sucked into the property applied was told over the phone I was approved drove 45 minutes (taking off work) to drop of check stubs and sign paperwork all to hear I was denied. Called the credit reporting company they fixed the mistake called the property back several times, sent emails no response. They did not care to reach out or solve the problem on their end! Would not refund or even gets an apology.Property Manager Responded

This place sucks.
May 9, 2016This joint is overated. The floors are paper thin and if you don't get a top floor, good luck with the noise. You can hear I-77 traffic and need to keep all the windows closed if you plan on getting sleep. The lake is nice, the buildings are on the worst part of I-77. Top Notch Everything.
April 12, 2016I don't even know where to begin.... Upon arrival to the leasing office, I was quickly greeted by a nice young lady who was more than willing to answer all of my questions and show me around the property. She really made it enjoyable. The interior on the unit was luxurious and the layout was great. After seeing a few of the layouts, I got to see all of the amenities and was informed of all the great activities and events that go on for the residents. Even after all of that... the cherry on top ...was the ahhhhh-mazing view of Lake Norman from right there at the clubhouse. With all the amenties, community activities and businesses, and prime location, I wanted to sign the lease right there on the spot and only leave home to go to work.
