ONCE GREAT NOW AWFUL
December 27, 2025Was great but we have a new manager and she constantly does inspections so say bye to your privacy. She cites you if you don't clean well and can evict you for it. Rent is too high now and there is absolutely NO PARKING. The building used to be clean and looked upscale under the amazing former manager and now is disgusting. We get memos in our doors almost daily. There's absolutely no discussion or flexibility on any policies or needs. Get ready to provide every detail and documentation on any ...pet and 300.00 if not esa. Maintenance requests are not completed. One lady here has had her air fixed and requested it 5 or 6 months ago. Although there's a rent crisis, look elsewhere...this place has gone completely downhill in 90 days. She isn't even here 5 days only 2. Once really nice and friendly now corporate and miserable.Property Manager Responded
