January 22, 2026Quiet property, lots of people walking around the area, so a great way to meet people. Nature trails are such a plus- especially if you have dogs or kids. Staff is quick to respond, and so is maintenance. Parking can be iffy if you're in one of the buildings towards the back of the complex- too many units, not enough spots. I often find myself parking 2-3 buildings down. Clean site and trash service is great. Good experience so far.Review from Apartments.com

October 11, 2025It's quite good. Love my apartment. Sometimes there are scary tree roaches that get in. Front office people are very nice and things get fixed pretty quickly. There are some little construction issues like nails that stick out or weird drawers but nothing awful.Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2025I moved in last week and immediately loved my apartment, very homey. I haven’t had much time to explore everything that the community has to offer yet, but I will do. Managers are very helpful, but because I leave before 9 and come home after 6, it is a bit challenging for direct communication. August 11, 2025Lantana Hills could be described as mediocre at best. I’ve been living there for over a year and a half now and decided to renew; however, ironically things started becoming worse right after. Management does not keep any promise or do anything to solve an issue aside from saying they do. Neighbors leave their trash out, stinks up hallway, and raccoons get in it during non-trash service. There’s mold, but they constantly deny them try getting the tenant to pay for things. It’s been a fine stay, ...but far from 5 stars.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 3, 2025I really like the lay out, it is nice and open. I haven't had much issues with the place, small things but that's it. I had a small wall mark against the wall near my kitchen, I asked for some paint/putty and they gave me some! Landscapers even jumped into my patio and cleaned off all the leaves.
