Poor cleaning and roaches
February 28, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comFor someone who claims to be a “luxury apartment,” it is very poor. We moved in the first day and nothing was properly cleaned, and there was still paint on the floor. The dishwasher wasn’t even installed. It’s like they weren’t prepared for anyone to move in yet. Now, 5 months later we are dealing with a roach infestation. Definitely won’t be renewing our lease here.Property Manager Responded

I really appreciate the digitized tools for paying rent, maintenance requests, and earning rewards for paying on time! I also really enjoy the pool with my 18month old, and the gym is always kept clean and very high-end. October 14, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comEverything about the apartment complex is great except the lack of communication. It’s extremely hard calling the office, I ended up going to the office just to get an update. Also with having a two yo and a 9 mo old puppy, my downstairs neighbor hates us already. They’ve expressed their hate through banging on the ceiling. (FYI I live on the 4th floor) We had to go down and explain that we just moved in and we are trying really hard to keep the noise down.
