March 12, 2026My favorite thing about living here is the location, a stone's throw from Stop n Shop, a short walk from the many eats in Allston, and right next to the Boston Landing station. January 22, 2026I’ve been living here for 9 months and I’m very satisfied with my overall experience. The building has great amenities, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Boston Landing station is at a walking distance, and a large Stop N Shop for groceries is at a walkable distance too. Lots of restaurants and bars within close proximity. January 7, 2026Love this community. The holiday party was a great way to meet other residents — thanks to the site team for planning this! My favorite amenities are the pool, gym, and lounges. Maintenance is always on top of things when needed, shout out to Hendrick! The commuter rail across the streets gets you downtown incredibly quickly which is amazing.Property Manager Responded

December 8, 2025It was good experience at the beginning, but recently the apartment management is becoming so bad. The treadmill has been down for almost 6months and no sign of fixing it. And the elevator is also down for several weeks now and we don’t see anyone working on fixing it. The experience is very bad in 2025, not recommended especially the rent is very high.Property Manager Responded

September 29, 2025I have really enjoyed living at Lantera for the past few years. The building is clean and everyone is respectful. The staff here are great and will make sure your needs are met. The on site pool, gym, and parking garage make this place hard to beat! The location is also great with easy access to the commuter rail!Property Manager Responded

August 30, 2025The building is beautiful, but some tenants do not treat the building with the proper care of a shared space. A few times dog owners have not cleaned their dogs’ accidents on the floor and left it for the staff to clean which is not fair or considerate.
