Perfect amenities for the summer and the maintenance team is awesome. The building is super clean and apartment very modern. I love having the commuter rail station across the street, getting to Back Bay in 10 minutes!

Every year there is something wrong with the pool. They should open it with more time ahead and start inspections earlier. No one really takes care of it, and we pay the consequences during the nicer days.

Love the location, cleanliness of the building, all the amenities. I do wish some of the property management staff would respond to requests or do their job when asked, they have not been ontop of my requests, but nothing was too dire that I would bad mouth the building.

The apartment is generally quiet and residents are friendly! The amenities are lovely, but rent prices increase substantially every year. The neighborhood is lovely!

Overall, really nice community with great houses. One of the things i noticed here and differentiated it from other apartments i have lived is the noise cancellation. I havent heard any noise coming from other apartments which really matters to me.

My favorite thing about living here is the location, a stone's throw from Stop n Shop, a short walk from the many eats in Allston, and right next to the Boston Landing station. Would definitely recommend if you're thinking of living in the Allston/Brighton area!

I’ve been living here for 9 months and I’m very satisfied with my overall experience. The building has great amenities, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Christian in the front office has been wonderful and the maintenance team is always quick efficient to resolve issues.
