Terrible management
November 6, 2025Terrible management. They are tone deaf and don’t care. Trash is everywhere. Your car will be towed with zero warning. No seriously. If you park here they’ll find a reason and it’s the worst tow company known to man. They tore down the gate bc they didn’t want to fix it but have no issues raising rent. They took the games out of the common area which is always locked bc the hours are business hours and you know people work. This place use to be Really nice and current management just ruined it. ...Your feedback isn’t a concern and every complaint is met with an immediate excuse. Noise issues
December 14, 2023Management won’t do anything about noise issues. Only thing they always say is we can move if we want. Never addressed the other tenanats and if anything they made it worse. Then found out they work for the company so they won’t do anything about it.Property Manager Responded

Worst Place to Live In
November 19, 2023I moved here in february and I’m looking to move out ASAP. Management win the worst customer service medal ever. They answer your issues after 20 days. I reported my new ESA and they charged me $500 for having a ESA and pet rent.Property Manager Responded

Do not live here
August 13, 2019DO NOT LIVE HERE! Once again one of us gets towed from our own residence even though we have the decal in our car where they tell us to put it. When they first started this decal system they made you bring your car to the front and they placed it in the cars themselves. Now they just hand it to you and tell you to go put in your windshield. They told my roommate that they would not pay her back for her parking ticket because they thought that the sticker was not visible enough. Also they allow ...only TWO cars per unit and anything more you now have to pay 25 extra dollars a month per car...even if you’re in a three bedroom apartment. Horrible place to live
June 29, 2018All these 5 stars was because the apartment office was offering a 100.00 gift card. Dont fall for it. The office is awful to deal with, horrible parking, and there is dog poop everywhere. They allow people to leave their pets on their porch all day with no food or water and its 97 degrees out. The dogs then use the bathroom on the porch which is just nasty. We moved out and its been awhile still no refund of my extra rent money or security deposit. Avoid at all cost there are numerous nice places ...to live, you dont have to chose here.Property Manager Responded

May 26, 2018The staff here is amazing and friendly! I haven’t had any big problems with the building and the little ones if I do, maintenance comes right away. Love My Home
May 9, 2018I have lived at Lantower Grande Pines for almost 1 year now. My room mate and I love it! Our apartment is HUGE (more space than we can possibly fill up). Lissette and Caneel are lovely and are always willing to help us when we have questions. We love the beautiful amenities, and our view of the lake from our apartment. By far the best thing is that our apartment is QUIET. It's amazing, because of the way the apartments are situated in the building there's only one shared wall. 5 Star Facility
May 7, 2018Lantower Grande Pines is a magnificent complex! The pool, fountains, and pond views are phenomenal! There are 2 grills at the pool and a lovely covered eating area. There are always plenty of chairs by the pool as well. My boyfriend and I have never had issues with parking, especially when guests come to visit. The community is gated, there are multiple sheriff cars parked here, and each resident must have key cards to access the shared areas. I have always felt safe and the security continues to ...grow! If you have a maintenance request, the staff arrives early and goes out of their way to fix the problem! The gym and game room are amazing and are completely accessible 24/7. There is also a meeting room and printer room which can be accessed all day every day! My favorite part of this place, other than my apartment of course, is the wine tasting bar! During business hours the staff provides FREE wine tastings upon request! The staff is always pleasant and willing to hand out samples! Speaking of the staff, Caneel, Matt, and Lisette are amazing! They are my other favorite part of this place! Lisette has been extra generous when we have a question or concern. She is attentive and extremely personable!
