this is the worst thing I have ever experienced in my entire life. It’s rats and rodents running outside by the trash EVEN during the day! several abandoned apartments/ people squatting at night time. maintenance takes 2-6 months to complete your request. packages get stolen. there is no structure what so ever. cars being broken into, gun shots, neighbors are the only thing that haven’t given me a problem. I currently live here and it’s the worst apartment complex ever. the numbers aren’t even ...

Management is really poor and unresponsive. They wait months to address serious maintenance needs, and they never seem to solve the issues completely. They do not enforce the rules on anybody, and there are plenty of violations. The rent is high for what you get in return, and the advertised price is a lot less than the reality when you consider the fees for everything.

Management is very poor. It’s filled with bed bugs, roaches and rat. We asked management and they said it’s our duty. When leaving I asked for my security deposit and they never gave it to me. It’s been a year now.
