Do not let the positive reviews fool you. This place is absolutely awful. Management asks their residents to leave positive reviews.
They DO NOT clean the units after residents move out and prior to move-in for new residents. Upon moving in, items were still left in the apartment. I found clothes in the drawers in my room. There were even LEFTOVERS in the fridge. The dryer's lint trap will packed with lint and hair. The unit was filthy, and the countertops were not even finished being ...
fixed.
Management is AWFUL and absolutely does not care about their residents. They are not responsive to noise complaints and will ignore important emails from residents.
No notice is given to residents before maintenance comes in. They will come in the unit whenever they please without contacting you first, even when you specifically request that they contact you BEFORE entering. I have requested many times that they notify me before entering, and every request has been ignored. I have emailed management about the issue and that email was ignored too. Maintenance has left lights on in our apartment COUNTLESS times. After doing work in a vacant room in our unit, they LEFT THE LIGHTS ON AND LOCKED THE ROOM UP. We were unable to enter the room to turn the lights off. Of course, our electric bill went up. They also make residents pay for any lightbulbs or smoke alarm batteries that need to be replaced. Literally after a day in living here, my smoke alarm started chirping and needed the battery replaced.
Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to live. This place is an absolute joke.

Management does whatever they can to screw residents over. They change property rules mid lease without notifying residents in order to charge them for breaking them. They wont notify you that you have a package and just return to sender it. They enter apartments without notice and without knocking. Very rude management.

The worst experience of my life, and it will not end! My son leased from them, and has been moved out for over 6 months, and they are now trying to send something to collections to ruin his credit. We paid all of our bills, got a sub-leaser for the summer and he paid all of his bills! They refused to do a walk through and inspection at the end of the lease term, and now are wanting to charge us. His roommate worked in the front office and told us that charging people after moving out is an ...
