May 26, 2018Management is horrible. Be careful because they will mess up your electric bill with duke energy. Worst apartment complex ever. They charge so much money to fix a light bulb. Carpet and walls were filthy when i moved in, they said that they where going to fix that but they didn’t. Don’t believe what they say. The will sell any to you. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a person at all.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible Experience
August 22, 2017The management team is too poor. What they said are totally not trustworthy. They would move you to another apartment without telling you. And they wouldn't clean the room for you. And when they say they would help you fix something that day, it never gonna happen! They are nice when you sign the lease, but after that nightmare!Review from Apartments.com
Worth the Price!
December 3, 2015I lived in the basement room of the 3 bedroom apartment, and for the money it was an awesome deal! Internet, cable and a shuttle to and from campus was included in rent. The shuttle was my lifesaver, since when I lived there, the winter was terrible with snow and ice everywhere. It was always on time and on schedule. My room was huge and had it's own bathroom. I lived with a good friend from highschool and we roommate matched with a 3rd. I can honestly say that with the 3 different levels it made ...it possible for each of us to live how we wanted without strangling each other. :) I registered my cat Zeus and he loved looking out the huge windows. Our maintenance issues were minimal, but when one did arise they were efficient in getting the job done. Our house was always the meeting stop for study groups or the occasional birthday party because we were the only ones whose apartments were big enough to fit everyone inside. Not to mention, in the kitchen there is a half bath, which is nice so no one has to go into your room. For the money, space, internet, cable and shuttle- this is hands down one of the BEST options for living off campus.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
