January 29, 2020I just signed my fourth lease in September. I walk into my apartment home and can’t believe it is my home. The complex is so clean and well taken care of. Pest control is done on a regular basis and I have never had a single issue with bugs. The pool, just take a look. It’s beautiful! Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and helpful! May 9, 2019I viewed Lakespur Pointe today and it is by far the best apartment community that I’ve seen in Greenville SC since moving here. The place is well maintained and quiet. Jen in the office is super nice. If anyone doesn’t like this community, they can’t live comfortably anywhere! I plan on moving here as soon as they get a vacancy!Review from Apartments.com
Worst place to live......all lies
April 20, 2017Most of the things listed on this page don't exist! It's been more than a year and there is still no pool, no functioning weight room, no car wash, no gate, no playground, NOTHING. So for a year I've been paying for things that I've never received but are stated in my contract. Nothing has been completed correctly yet. Fire pit was installed wrong, still pending. Bathrooms in pool area done wrong, still pending. Weight room not wired correctly, still pending. Grill still being ordered from ...last October, still pending. Nails everywhere and still located in all walkways! And the list goes on and on. Worst construction I've ever witnessed and sold on empty promises that I'm still waiting to receive. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!! Plus the owner/home office don't care and just give you an attitude when you call them. I want a refund!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
