October 8, 2025The delay in processing payments should not be happening. I pay my rent about 2 weeks in advance of the months end. This time the process was so messed up that a 163 dollar late fee was added to my acct. Still ni cabinet door replacements, Cabanas were done then we were told they had to stop due to the fact one maintenance tech quit and there was no one to handle the temp works to install dor. The Pod container the door arrived in has been sitting in the parking lot for months now. Heard today they were still waiting on more doors. August 29, 2025Being in the middle of Creekside you would think the noise level would be incredibly loud, but it’s really not. The apartments are very well insulated. We love our first floor cottage as we can park in our garage and walk directly into our unit. July 25, 2025I’ve only been here a little over a week but I can tell you the residents here are so nice and friendly. I’ve yet to pass anyone in the halls or outside in the parking area that didn’t give me a smile, a welcoming greeting or assistance when needed. My next door neighbors ‘Sherry and Russ’ offered their Dolly so my Uncle could carry a console for my TV to my apt on the third floor.
