Classes mentioned to prospective tenants and the fact "we don't have the budget" for classes seem at odds of good representation of Larkspur. January 15, 2026Not well maintained. Promised new cabinet doors are no where to be seen. Outdoor fans and landscaping need work. No communication between management and residents has lead to gossip and confusion on what is being done and how. December 28, 20251. Positive: The Admin and Maintenance staff are all professionals. They are responsive to all requests. They are friendly and their smiles light up the world. 2. Negative: More attention is needed cleaning public areas, i.e. hallways, common areas, and the coffee server. 3. Positive: Activities - WOW!!! Many and worthwhile. “Lunch Bunch” is a friendly group exploring new eateries. Bottom Line: We like living here. The facilities, the activities, and most important the wonderful staff and the ...wonderful residents. Thank ya’ll for being here. P.S. On a sad note, We shall miss Kristina.
