July 20, 2022Listen, I’ve lived in many apartments. By far and away, Las Aguas has been the absolute worst. From poor management, (grounds are old, unkept, and often times damaged - as well as an incompetent and rude front desk team), to a myriad of issues inside the apartment, (faulty utilities, leaks, overall poor quality of materials), culminating in a horrendous tenant experience. The only reason Las Aguas stays decently competitive in the market is price - yet if you were willing to spend a few extra ...bucks you could move into a complex that makes this place look like a trailer park.
