First of all this property is NOT taken care of. Gates ALWAYS broken, as a single female, avoid not safe. Lost package? Management doesn’t care, it’s gone forever. The price of this place is a joke, for what you’re getting.

Horrible customer service management is the worst. The grounds are not well-maintained and people are allowed to let their dogs pooped everywhere including the hallways on the third floor.

Listen, I’ve lived in many apartments. By far and away, Las Aguas has been the absolute worst. From poor management, (grounds are old, unkept, and often times damaged - as well as an incompetent and rude front desk team), to a myriad of issues inside the apartment, (faulty utilities, leaks, overall poor quality of materials), culminating in a horrendous tenant experience. The only reason Las Aguas stays decently competitive in the market is price - yet if you were willing to spend a few extra ...

bucks you could move into a complex that makes this place look like a trailer park. Do yourself a favor - DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

First off, if your looking for a place to move, don’t move here... the management really trys their best to charge you and take advantage of you in the lease and is not helpful at ALL. They no longer take care of the property or even heat the pool. It was ok when I moved in then about 9 months ago it all went bad. No respect or praise to the management, terrible. Just Terrible
