If you value your health, peace of mind, or basic quality of life, avoid this place.
While the apartment building itself is in okay condition and the trail nearby is nice, none of that matters when you're forced to live in a constant state of noise pollution. The gas-powered leaf blowers used by the landscaping crew are obnoxiously loud—and worse, they're used almost daily for hours at a time during certain weeks.
Here's the kicker: there are barely any leaves outside. This isn't maintenance; ...
it's pointless, performative noise—what looks like a filler task to keep landscapers busy. And yet, the property management refuses to do anything about it. No accommodations, no response, no consideration for residents' well-being. Simply limiting leaf blowers to an hour per building per week would make a world of difference, and be common sense, but clearly the property management company is not interested in solving problems.
If you're at all sensitive to noise, or if you simply want to live somewhere that respects your right to a peaceful home, steer clear. This place will absolutely wear you down.
