If you want to feel deserted, this is the place to live! They have the best business model by hiring no one so they don't have to spend anything on wages! Their leasing office is always closed and no one answers the phone. What an amazing place.

After finding this property online I was excited to see it in person. The pictures online sure are deceiving. First there really isn't a guard at the gate, property is dirty and not well kept. Trash all over the entry gates, embarrassing to even think of inviting someone over. Pool has nice view, but honestly that's IT their cabanas and Pool furniture is literally disgusting dirty. There were cigarettes buds all over the property, after asking leasing agent if they normally maintain property she ...
said yes, but they're out sick. The hallway carpets were dirty as well as stained walls. Not to mention the parking structure looks like a beat down back alley, scary. I walked out of there so disappointed, I was pretty much sold until I seen it for myself. Far from "luxury living." Definitely over priced for what you're actually getting, oh and they have the nerves to charge an amenities fee, they should use that fee to clean and maintain their property.

The cheapest, low quality apartments

I’ve lived here over 3 years with ongoing issues, very poor maintenance on the overall complex. No pride in ownership from the management company. Card broken into, gates broken, left over wind damage debris uncleared. I can’t wait for my lease to end. The general manager changes to a new one every 6 to 12 months. It’s like no one wants to deal with this property. Sunrise management doesn’t take charge nor invest in fixing this location. Don’t waste your time or money. I’m out, just like many ...

Walking distance to a lot of places (restaurants, Target, mobile companies, UNLV, etc.). This apartment is really the cleanest and the safest in this area. Staff members are hard working, very friendly, and willing to help residents with everything. The amenities are super. Also, in the evenings, security guards come by the pool and in the gym (24/7 open), to make sure everything is good. Rent is here is just incredible and it has amazing features. It's close to the Las Vegas Strip and you could walk to the strip within minutes. It has a cool style pool with cabana's and a great BBQ place with a TV. You can also play tennis and basketball as they have a court for the sport. Las Vegas Grand apartments is right in the flight path for McCarran International Airport. There are planes landing almost 24/7. You can never open your door if you want to hear your TV. Don't get me wrong the apartments are nice, they are just in the worst location ever. Management is horrible (some ladies in the office are nice), security is almost unseen and trust me you want security. The neighborhood is very bad. You are not going to want to walk outside at night. There is a guard gate at ...

Great location,location. The apartments are large , comfortable and quiet. Property management has been very helpful and wants to see all residents taken care of . The amenities are top notch.
