We do currently have security onsite, and we encourage residents to stop by the office to obtain the community dispatch information so concerns can be reported immediately if something needs to be addressed. There were cigarettes buds all over the property, after asking leasing agent if they normally maintain property she ...
      said yes, but they're out sick. The hallway carpets were dirty as well as stained walls. Not to mention the parking structure looks like a beat down back alley, scary. I walked out of there so disappointed, I was pretty much sold until I seen it for myself. Far from "luxury living." Definitely over priced for what you're actually getting, oh and they have the nerves to charge an amenities fee, they should use that fee to clean and maintain their property.
