Infested Cockroaches , Sewer Backing Up & Ruining My Wood Furniture Every Other Week, To The Point Where I Had To BUY a Shop Vac MYSELF & Clean It MYSELF , Half A-- Job Of Maintenance, LOUD Neighbors, Green Swimming Pool (That I've Only Enjoyed A Hand Full Of Times Because It's Literally Always Dirty!), A Lot Of Turnover When It Comes To Management , Dirty Property (There's Trash Everywhere Even The Staff Are Embarrassed Of Showing It To ...Potential Tenants , 2 Broken Windshields From Kids Playing Around The Cars, Stolen License Plate While Parked Outside The Gate To Avoid Another Broken Window(Obviously Didn't Do Much Better) Feeling UNSAFE There 24/7, 2 Drive-Bys, (Second One Ending In An MURDER ) & over 2k Worth Of Electronics STOLEN From MY Unit! & Thats Not Even Everything ..... I Shouldn't Have Done This Lease...
August 18, 2017Ii moved in on 08/09/2017 & im already extremely disappointed. My refrigerator isnt working. It worked the day i signed the lease but it hasnt worked since. I called for maintenance services but still waiting...Day 3 now I believe. My groceries have all spoiled & now i don't have anything to eat. It doesnt look like any type of improvement around here. Looks like Crackhead City around here... Anyway I advise you DO NOT DO IT!! STAY AWAY. NO ONE KNIWS HOW TO DO ANYTHING AROUND HERE.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible place to live!
November 2, 2015These apartments areally a sorry excuse for a living development. The management are liars and rude. The place is infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. They claim to have pest control each week bUT if you want them spraying poison where your children sleep I would not suggest it. All appliances are broken, swimming people has dirty needles in it, and worst of all everyone employee there doesn't even speak english! I wouldn't be surprised if sheriff Joe did an illegal sweep and took all the ...staff away for illegally working there. Save your money and your family! Not a good place to live
September 3, 2013This apt complex is very noisy and the customer service stinks. The management company has no idea what there doing.
