Horrible experience
September 11, 2017Apartments are ok at best. Nothing fancy here. Pools are dirty and poorly maintained. Maintenance crew is horrible and take forever to respond unless you are persistent. They enter your space at times without notification. Onsite washers and dryers may or may not work. Yet again due to poor maintenance. Ground crew keeps the place mostly clean with exception to the trash area. If you get places close to the trash bins the smell may be intolerable. Only other thing to note is....while moving out ...someone magically unlocked the door, stole some blinds and personal items and was held accountable for all losses. It is frequented by law enforcement. US Marshals have been there as well. If you choose to stay here good luck.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Would not recommend
August 22, 2017Have been waiting for 5 weeks to get simple stuff looked at and fixed. Spoke too 3 different people in the office for work orders every week and to check up and make sure they were put in. They gave me the run around each time and when asked to speak to the manger she was always "busy" . Not to mention we have waited about a month for an answer to wether we can renew our lease , and it's up in a week. This is so unbelievable and I have already spoke to a lawyer about this. August 20, 2015I have lived here for 3 years in a 3bedroom 2bath with my husband and children. Its pretty quiet beautiful landscape I love my neighbors such a great atmosphere all around. I recommend alot of people searching for a place to live to come here.Review from Apartments.com
